    My rack arrived with one of the threaded holes in the mounting channel drilled too large for the screw threads to catch.

    You may have used one of the smaller screws that come in the bag in one of the holes meant for the larger mounting screws. Please make sure to use the smaller screws for the smaller holes and the larger screws for the larger holes.
