How to troubleshoot the MP3 when it doesn’t play?

Please check the size of the USB that you’re using. The amp can handle up to 64 GB only. Check if the file format is in an MP3 file using your computer. Also do not create a folder. Drag and drop the file on your USB thumb drive and it will work.

How to disconnect Bluetooth from the receiver itself?

Once you use different inputs like FM or etc the Bluetooth will automatically disconnect.
