How many Amps is the 12 Volt power source?
It is 2 amps
Can I wire the power to the back of the device inside the wall and avoid having the power plugged into he front?
If you want to wire the power of the unit from the rear inside the wall so they dont have anything outside the wall for a cleaner installation.You can install the Pyle PS5A 12V Power Supply Cable inside the wall somewhere and run the 12 volts through the wall and connect to the rear of the unit.

Can I play Mp3 to the USB port?
Yes this unit has a USB Player feature so it can play MP3.
What is the use of White and Gray signal wires?
Those are antennas for Bluetooth.
What’s the difference between the PWA15BT.5 and the PWA15BT???
It’s the same. The design and features are exactly the same. Sometimes we just make 2 model numbers for one product.
Why can’t I pair Alexa with this device?
Make sure to have the switch set to Bluetooth before hitting the pair button
What can I do if the power light and BT is working but there is no sound coming from the speakers?
When connected to Bluetooth make sure that the switch is selected to BT and raise the volume slowly
How do you get the USB to work?
The USB port provided at this item is for the charging port.
Can I hardwire the USB in front to make this work?
USB is meant for charging mobile devices only. It does not play music.
What can I do with my unit that lost its pairing in my device?
Check all devices that have been paired to the unit and have them all disconnected or unpair them all. Second you can power down the unit by disconnecting the power supply. The power backs up and tries pairing your phone again
Is there a way to connect to bass speakers?
The unit is not provided to have a subwoofer output
Does the USB need to be wired or ground for it to work?
The USB port should work as soon as it is powered up
