how fast can the Dual Stereo Cassette Deck w/Tape USB to MP3 Converter convert a tape to pc
It works at the same speed that the cassette plays at. It does not speed record.
Do I need to install a driver with my new PT-659DU cassette deck or something in order to transfer tapes into audacity in stereo? In audacity I have found a configuration that allows the choice of: 2(stereo) Input channels but it still is only downloading mono on both channels. Audacity does not seem to be recognizing sound coming into it in the stero format. Do you have a solution? I have already installed Audacity 2.0.5 on my computer.

Why does the playing deck stop while the recording deck continues to record in high-speed dubbing function
Try to use the FF and the Rewind feature to loosen up the cassette tape and try again. Normally this issue happens due to the tightness of the tape. You may want to also try a different tape for further checking.
