How do you turn the head phones to shuffle mode and off.
Shuffle Play Mode:
When the player is on press Pause(Power ON/OFF) button then press NEXT button the player will be in Shuffle Play Mode.
When in Shuffle Play Mode press Pause(Power ON/OFF) button then press PREVIOUS button the player will be in normal play mode
When the player is on press Pause(Power ON/OFF) button then press NEXT button the player will be in Shuffle Play Mode.
When in Shuffle Play Mode press Pause(Power ON/OFF) button then press PREVIOUS button the player will be in normal play mode
When you power the device off will it start with the last song playing when powered back on?
Yes the unit will automatically start with the last song played when powered on.
When the earbud gets wet inside the music stops on that side what can I do?
Please refer to page 5 in the manual and it will tell you how to avoid this issue. The waterproof net that protects the speaker needs to be cleared.
How do I put music on it?

How many hours do I need to charge it?
Make sure that the main body is dry before connecting to a computer or before charging. Clean the metallic contacts regularly to prevent poor contact when charging the battery and data transfer.
I suggest cleaning by eraser or a toothbrush
Note:
When charging the red light turns on. After fully charged the light turns green. Charging time 2~2.5 hours.
The manual contains no information on loading music onto the player. How do I load music from my iTunes? iTunes doesn’t recognize the device?
The unit is an mp3 player and iTunes is not an mp3 format.
While in the newer iTunes app you can do the following. Select all the tracks you want to convert.
Right Mouse Click and select Create an mp3 version.
If the Create shows a different format then you have to change that in Preferences Open iTunes preferences and at the bottom of the General section is an Import Settings button.
Select Import Using mp3 then select the quality you want the higher the kbps the better the quality but the larger the file Then when you select Create version it will show mp3.

How to reset the unit?
Reset process:
1. Connect the earphone with the adaptor you can find the earphone is undercharging.
2. When charging press and hold the power button for 8 to 10 seconds until the green light flashes.
3. Then the reset is finished you can take it off and turn it on.
