Do we need to press a button for us to change the voltage of the unit from 110V to 220V for the unit to be used in other countries?
No there is no button/switch to go from 110 to 220 you’d have to use a power converter. You can check this item for better quality HERE
Is there a reason why the air mattress deflates regardless if someone is lying on it or not. is this a faulty mattress?
The unit alternates between inflation and deflation this is to prevent bedsores if it always stayed inflated that would defeat the purpose of the device.
