The camera can do long-term time-lapse 24 hours a day. Please use 8GB micro SD card! (4GB can record only around 20 hours)You can leave the USB charger plugged into the camera and the camera will still continue to operate.

Your Expo battery is a high energy battery and requires more amperage than supplied by some USB ports to fully charge. You can easily charge your Expo battery with a High Amperage Breett CW24 Portable USB charger available on Amazon. You can find it by copying and pasting the following link. HERE

Your battery may be functioning properly. This is a heavy duty battery that requires a larger amperage than is available through most USB ports. Please try using a USB charger that is at least 1 Amp or above and your battery will work great.

The battery does not fit in the included dock!

The included dock is not intended for the battery and is for charging the WIFI remote only. Charge the battery while it is inserted in the camera. For best results use a USB wall charger for a full 8 hours.

Help my camera is not charging!

Some computer USB ports do not supply enough amperage to properly charge the camera’s battery. For best results try using a USB wall charger for a full 8 hours while the camera is powered down. We recommend DC5V at 2000mA.
