    How do I open the battery spot on the remote?

    There is no option to add a picture on this page but let me try by giving instructions. Turn over to the backside of the remote and on the bottom part you will see a slot where there is a clip lock on one side and a pull-down slot at the very bottom. Release the clip lock and pull down the battery case at the same time and it will reveal the button battery. Replace it with the same value and slide it back in
