    Does the washer come with a drain hose and lint filter or order them separately?

    The drain hose is attached. It’s gravity drain so you’ll need to have the unit on an elevated surface to drain. There is no lint filter as this is only a spin dryer. This means it will spin the water out but you’ll need to hang them to dry or use a dryer. It does get a LOT of water out though and hanging them doesn’t take but an hour or so to dry depending on the temperature.

    Does the Plye portable mini washing machine drain by gravity or does it have a pump?

    This unit is drained by a spinning process.

    What is the power rating of this unit in amperes?

    The WASH POWER is 250W and the SPIN POWER is 120W.

    Do you sell the belts for the washer/dryer combo? Ours is stretched out and we need a new one.

    Could I get the part replaced or do I have to get a new one? My motor burned out on this washer.

    Shipping and repairing the washer may cost like buying a new one. In order to get this fixed the washer needs to be shipped to us and repair and then ship it back to you.

    Can I use an extension cord to reach the electrical outlet?

    Yes you can use an extension cord.

    How much water is needed for a load? Is this product considered safe to use with septic systems?

    They did not mention the exact water capacity but on the inside part of the washer you will find the marker for the minimum and maximum water level. The product is very safe to use and it has a drain pipe for draining water from the washer tub and the spin dry. Just make sure to lay the hose down to the ground when washing and drying.

    Can I buy from you an extension for the water inlet hose and drain hose?

    We don’t have the extension hose but you can try looking at AMAZON.

    Can I fill the water manually?

    Yes you may fill the tub with water manually.

    Where can I get a replacement water inlet hose?

    A replacement inlet hose is not available with us but you can check with Amazon.

    What can I do if the spin dryer stopped working?

    Check the timer switch if it is running or the door lid is not properly shut

    Why does the drum won’t spin even the timer works?

    Make sure that the Drain hose is down there should be no water in the spin dryer compartment

    Is this an automatic fill/shut-off and drain motor?

    It is a manual fill and manual drain

    Is there a longer water outlet tube to drain the water out and into a sink?

    There is no longer a drain hose but you can check the attached link below for your reference:
