Simply tap the power at the back of the speaker labeled power and the terminal labeled Speaker is for the passive speaker.
How can I get sound when I connect this item to my device?
On the Bluetooth mode go to the specific device name tap settings and there is a switch to turn on Audio and calls. Just switch it on and it should work.
