    You can add up to 32 cameras on a single account.

    Can I watch my saved video on SD card on my laptop or Desktop

    Video needs to be watched and reviewed through the serenelife software. Cannot read the files off the SD card directly. You can save the files from the serenelife software – then it can be viewed

    What is the address for the RTSP stream as well as any URL commands?

    The RSTP address is in the following format. rtsp://ip/live/av0?user=xxx&passwd=xxx. Replace “xxx” with your username and password.

    Would I be able to give out the camera’s information to the family in order for them to view it? Or do I need to physically have the phone to set it up?

    They would need the email address and password to set it up. They can view it as long as they have the info and the app

    Hello I’m using the Serenelife Viewer App with 4 cameras wirelessly attached. All of the cameras are working as they should. When I sign on to the app I get a dialog box with the message “Here a new version can be upgraded.” All cameras have been upgraded to the latest version so I’m assuming that this is referring to an app upgrade. When I click on “OK” I get a blank grey screen and no upgrade seems to download. If I click on “Cancel” the app can be used as intended.

    Hi Deleting the app and downloading it again (newer version) will do the trick. Try to reset your apps or delete the apps and download them again it might a technical issue on the application.

    How to restore my email’s password?

    If you forget your account password you will need to register a new account and pair the camera again. Accounts are never associated with an email address for password recovery.

    The camera stopped sending notifications for motion detection on the iPhone.

    Download another camera app for desktop use (PC client) app then reset the settings and then deleted it. and download again the original apps
