    Does the system work with wired mic on A/C outlet power?

    Currently when the built-in battery is fully drained and I could not hear any sound even with the A/C outlet power connected.

    Do I need to fully charge the buit-in battery with the A/C power if I want to use the wired microphone?

    The unit should work when you have it plugged into the wall with AC power. Please call 718-535-1800 EXT: 279 for assistance please
