    Really simply as you can see in the manual the unit requires cleaning occasionally. If the unit is shutting off that means that there is probably hair or other particles preventing the wheels from spinning. Please remove the bottom brush and clean the hair from the wheels. Thank you

    Does it sweep up cat fur?

    It’s great with hair and dust and small particles.
