    How can I get this unit to play sound from music and/or DJ table?

    If connecting via Bluetooth you can connect Tablets Phones and PCs. But if connecting to a DJ mixer you would need to use an AUX cable

    Can I buy a charger and a remote for this unit?

    And for the remote control it is currently not available.

    How long does the battery last? And could it be hooked up into a 12-volt dash charger with the regular plug-in adapter?

    The battery lasts around 2 to 3 hours depending on the volume and light settings. You may also use the Red and Black 12 volts port if you wanted to connect it to your car battery.
